About the Role
A rewarding opportunity has emerged for a highly motivated expert urology interested in continence and urology to join our Surgical Resource Nursing team. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary Urology team, the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient whānau-centered care while promoting evidence-based best practice.
Provide expert clinical assessment, treatment, education, and case management for urology patients. Lead service development, provide education and clinical expertise for Urology across Health New Zealand - Waikato.
This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in innovation, values collaborative practice, and is passionate about advancing Urology / continence care.
Responsibilities and Requirements
The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the NZNO Collective Agreement. Additional benefits include kiwisaver contributions (if eligible), shift allowances , professional development, and wellness support.
