Project Manager

Eurobuild Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Queenstown, Central Region. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating and managing cross‑functional teams, including clients, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and mitigating risks
• Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
• Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost‑saving measures
• Providing leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff
