This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Packaging team – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What you'll be doingOperate, maintain and improve packaging machinery to meet production targets.Ensure products are packaged to the highest quality and safety standards.Play an active role in our TPM Continuous Improvement Programme, using tools like Lean, 5S and Kaizen to eliminate losses and lift performance.Complete reactive, planned and predictive maintenance tasks (on time, every time).
