The opportunity :

As a Finished Product Shift Co-ordinator, working in a full-time permanent role on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotating shift pattern, you’ll report to the Shift Manager, and play a key role in driving safety, efficiency and quality across the cold end of the plant.

You’ll be hands‑on in building capability and ensuring the effective utilisation and co‑ordination of the machinery under your control. Using your glass package production knowledge, you’ll support a dedicated production team to deliver outstanding results and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include :

What you will bring to the team :

As our Finished Product Shift Co‑Ordinator, you will have minimum 7 years’ operation experience, gained within a glass packaging manufacturing environment. You’ll have an exceptional ability for quality control and defect analysis, with an ability to work under urgency and pressure while maintaining high standards. You will have excellent written and communication skills and processes a strong focus on Health, Safety and Environmental practices. Along with the following :
