Inside Sales Specialist

to focus on opportunities across the North Island.

What You'll Be Doing :

Selling industrial engineering services based on the company's portfolio

Proactively actioning internally generated leads

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Managing and executing recurring sales call cycles with precision

Continuously expanding your product and service knowledge

Collaborating closely with Customer Service and Sales Engineering teams

What You'll Bring :

A genuine passion for sales and a hunger for leads

Proven success in sales / inside sales or a similar role, consistently exceeding KPIs and quotas.

Also open to strong sales performers from call centre environments

Ideally coming from a technical background

Ability to adapt and understand technical concepts and services

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

A commitment to delivering high-quality work, every time
