Job descriptionre looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who holds : Five years site supervision experience with the construction or civil sectorAbility to proactively and positively lead, train and support a teamA strong understanding of, and commitment to health and safetyAbility to pass MoJAbility to pass pre-employment and random drug testsKey ResponsibilitiesAttending to the daily management, training and support of a site based teamClient liaisonUnderstanding the contracts scope and advising estimators / contract managers of variationsReading construction drawings and specifications to ensure that projects are built to designRaising technical questions with engineers, clients or other members of the teamOrganising labour, plant and materialsFacilitating and documenting daily prestart meetings, weekly toolbox meetings, weekly site inspections and JSEAsCompleting site documentation including pre-starts, toolbox meeting minutes, supervisors' daily reports, weekly planners, timesheets and quality assurance documentationEnsuring daily plant checks are undertakenArranging and undertaking quality assurance testing as requiredUndertaking all works alongside the site teamWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryVariety of sites, projects and locationsWe are only considering applicants who currently live and are entitled to work in New ZealandApply now for this role or get more information by contacting Fabian Bracken.
