About the role :
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Product and Engineering team and help us shape the future of good governance software.
You'll be working closely with our CTO, Product, and Design teams to support our engineers in delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud-based solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and is passionate about enabling engineering excellence in a purpose-led company.
What You'll Be Doing :
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team by establishing a collaborative, inclusive culture and supporting each individual's growth through coaching, feedback, and development conversations
Partner with Product and Design to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable cloud-based solutions that solve real customer problems
Embed modern engineering practices, champion AI integration, and drive continuous improvement across tooling, architecture and systems
Monitor and report on delivery timelines, budgets and quality standards, proactively identifying and escalating risks
Troubleshoot software issues, debug systems and uphold a high bar for technical excellence and user experience
Promote knowledge sharing, strong processes and reduce key-person risk across the team through cross skilling and documentation
Ensure team compliance with security, legal and company policies including Health & Safety, privacy, and performance standards
