Position details

2026 Scale A fixed-term maternity leave full-time teaching position in the senior area (Y4-6) of Marist School, Mt Albert. Primary (Y1–6) Catholic School, with opportunities for management units. Possibility of further employment after the end of this contract.

About our school

We are a state integrated Y1-6 Catholic School in Mt Albert, Auckland, seeking passionate, authentic, creative teachers to join our amazing Marist School Community. Responsibilities

• Support the school’s values of Love, Courage & Compassion in Mary’s Way; accept the condition to support, uphold and be positively involved in the special character of the school.
• Teach in the senior area (Y4-6) as part of a collaborative ILE with cross-curricular planning.
• Build positive relationships with school and parish communities; actively include family / whānau in the learning journey of tamariki / mokopuna.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
