Role Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Senior Management Accountant to take full ownership of our month‑end process, partner with operations, and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is a high impact role where your financial expertise will directly influence tactical decisions and strategic outcomes.

• Lead the monthly revenue accrual and WIP process, ensuring integrity of project margins, P&L and financial data.
• Review and post adjustment journals for revenue and cost to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting packs, with balance sheet and capital expenditure reconciliations and insightful analysis.
• Manage the AR ledger and drive proactive cash collection strategies.
• Review and resolve aged purchase orders, ensuring financial housekeeping is on point.
• Review and maintain inventory levels, understanding aged levels per branch.
• Manage one direct report of Management Accountant.
