We're seeking skilled heavy machine operators to join a leading civil construction team on a long-term project in the Hutt Valley region.

We're looking for operators experienced in :

Excavators

Loaders

Rollers

Telehandlers

Hydremas

Moxys

Water carts

What You'll Be Doing :

Operate a range of heavy machinery safely and efficiently

Support daily site operations including lifting, placing loads, and earthworks

Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance

Work to site plans and safety protocols (JSEAs, toolbox talks)

Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced civil environment

What You Need :

Class 1 licence & WTR endorsement (minimum)

Class 2, 4 and F endorsements beneficial

Proven experience in civil construction machinery operation

Strong focus on safety and teamwork
