Work alongside leaders who invest in your potential, and a culture that will take you further.Where Purpose Meets Possibility : From safeguarding communities to shaping smarter, more sustainable futures, we're committed to creating long-term value, not just for our customers, but for society and the environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInvolve in the project or lead the project related with IT infrastructure and data centre whenever requiredPerform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system / storage equipment & setupPerform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers / VMPerform installation & configuration on storage (SAN and NAS)Plan for migration, document and execute the migration planDevelop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.Conduct acceptance test with users and address the testing findings / issuesProvide system architecture design and planning for new IT infrastructure deployments in both hosted and cloud environmentsSupport maintenance team in difficult or chronic problems, escalate the issue to vendor, identifying the root cause and preventive measuresSupport presales team on infrastructure solutioning in bidsReview the project change request and carry out the integration / implementationWork closely with Project Managers in planning the implementation tasksSupport VAPT and SSAT requirementsDevelop As-built documentation for handoverSkills & ExperienceMinimum Diploma in Computer Science or IT related studiesMinimum 7 years' experience in IT industry with at least 5 years in systems & security arenaKnowledge of networking and IP / TCP protocolIn-depth knowledge in network and systems security issuesHands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning will be an added advantageIn-depth knowledge on network and systems security issues and ability to offer advisories and troubleshooting supportIn-depth knowledge on enterprise backup, virtualization and storageIT Certification in system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologiesGood communication skills and positive working attitudeRecognition & AwardBe part of a purpose-driven, values-led workplace that fosters collaboration, respect, and a culture of continuous growth.Enjoy a competitive remuneration package with performance-based incentives and eligibility for annual bonuses.Benefit from comprehensive medical and dental coverage, along with holistic wellness initiatives and dedicated mental health support.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
