ABOUT THE ROLE

This Monday to Friday, 19.5 hours per week role is for a bright and bubbly, customer orientated Smiggler! As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.

To excel in this role you will have a passion for our products and be delighted by kids and parents alike. You will approach every day with an attitude of play!

• A Strong Leader  – you can lead, coach and develop your team members to smash their KPI's
• Experienced  – you have previous management experience in a fast paced environment
• A   Multitasker – you have the ability to prioritise and juggle a number of tasks at one time!
• FUN!!!  – you can do all of the above with a smile on your face and maintain a positive attitude
