About the role
The Pou Aarahi Rito Tuatahi (Team Lead Early Years) is responsible for overseeing and improving the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe care across the Waikato region. Providing clinical expertise and leadership, ensuring equitable access and timely services, while upholding contractual obligations and performance targets; primarily across the Waikato region, as well as other regions ‘as required’ e.g. Taamaki Makaurau region.
Flexibility is key as this role also involves advocating for whaanau and working across diverse settings, including clinics, homes, and community spaces, to maximize health and well-being outcomes.
This role is based in Huntly and is Monday to Friday 8 : 30am to 5pm.
