Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
Processing a variety of resource consent applications, including complex ones
Making robust, legally sound recommendations
Providing planning advice to internal and external stakeholders
Writing clear, accurate planning reports
Using negotiation, facilitation, coordination, and conflict resolution skills
Contributing to business improvement initiatives
Working closely with teams across Council and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
What you\'ll need :
A university degree in Resource Management Planning or a related field
A strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow
Great communication and teamwork skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
