Senior Cyber Security Engineer - PAM

Senior Cyber Security Engineer PAM role is to work alongside Westpac’s Cyber Security Identity & Access Management Team to complete assessments, identify network vulnerabilities, maintain and support existing privileged access management platform, configure and enhance its existing security features.

Senior Engineers lead the team in performing incident response, documenting and resolving technical faults related to our Privilege Access Management Platform.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex technical issues and manage them within a fast‑paced business environment.
• Maintain PAM software and hardware, drawing on in‑depth experience.
• Lead identification of current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats.
• Push the status quo of our PAM platform to ensure its continuous uplift.
• Conduct proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend strategies.
• Liaise with vendors to implement security solutions.
