OverviewFull time, fixed term position for the 2026 academic year.

Start date : 28 January 2026.

End date : 18 December 2026 (to cover staff working in other areas in 2026).

Area / composite (Years 1–15), Certificated teacherSubjects : English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The ArtsWe have an opportunity for a motivated, high performing teacher to join our year 1–6 team for the 2026 academic year.

The appointee will join a well established team with experienced leadership, so will be well supported.

Experience with the IDEAL structured literacy platform is preferred but all applicants will be considered.Applicants should be New Zealand registered and have a sound knowledge of the New Zealand curriculum, including knowledge of the change package currently being implemented.Position to commence in January 2026 and is for the 2026 academic year.
