About this Position

This is a full-time fixed term role until 30 June 2026. We’re looking for a Mobile Speed Camera Operator to join the NZ team and support Acusensus' mission of improving road safety. This is a field-based role that will involve a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and packing down mobile enforcement systems at locations across New Zealand. You’ll work independently, but with strong support from the control centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out site risk assessments before each enforcement session.
• Set up, operate, and monitor mobile enforcement equipment.
• Communicate regularly with the control centre during shifts.
• Complete shift reports and report any issues or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and drive safely between sites.
• Handle any public interaction with professionalism and care.
