OverviewHemp Connect (based in Levin) is looking for a positive, self-motivated, and down-to-earth individual to join our busy factory team.

We are a farm-to-plate Hemp grower, processor, and seller of hemp food products.

As part of a growing industry, we aim to enhance life through hemp and are excited to grow with it.ResponsibilitiesMovement & Logistics : Manage incoming crop / product and maintain a steady flow of product through the warehouse.Processing : Hemp seed processing (cleaning, grading, oil pressing, dehulling) and product packdowns / production.Health & Safety : Maintain food safety & hygiene standards, workplace safety, and ensure compliance with Bio-grow, HACCP, and MPI standards.RequirementsForklift license requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to apply warehouse health & safety policiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnthusiastic and hard-working with a desire to learn and grow with the companyDesirable ExperiencePrevious warehouse or distribution experienceExperience in a processing plant or food control plan knowledgeAs part of the role, there is weekend work (Thu to Mon).
