Carpenter

TF Homes Limited is a construction company.  We have 5 positions available to start immediately.

Please note : While our head office is based in Christchurch, we are currently hiring staff to work in the Auckland region, where the majority of our projects are located.

Main tasks & responsibilities :

• Use carpentry tools and equipment, as well as handling carpentry material
• Understands and applies quality control techniques Install and replace windows and doors
• Install flooring systems, construct wall frames, construct ceiling frames, erect roof trusses
• Refurbish timber sashes to window frames
• Construct pitched roofs, eaves and advanced roofs
• Construct, erect and dismantle formwork for stairs and ramps
• Cut and bend materials using oxy-LPG equipment.
• Carry out general demolition of minor building structures
• Erect and dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams and walls, and for

footings and slabs on ground

standards.

What we offer :

$29.00- $35.00 per hour or depending on your experience and skills.

Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours a week, up to a maximum of 50 hours per week. Working on different sites and projects in Auckland.
