Loader Operator

We are seeking a person who is reliable, punctual and is a proficient loader operator, further to this but not limited to : Maintenance of records (Log books, safety)Bulk product storage and handlingTraining and meeting attendanceProvide additional support as required to NZ teamYour ProfileYou will have a current loader operator licence, you will have a mature outlook on life with a flexible approach to work and able to adapt as per seasonal requirements, you will be able to work night shift as requiredYou will be comfortable working in a busy bulking handling industrial site (masks and enclose cabin equipment on site) Other skills and attributes you bring to the role : Able to follow direction and uphold company Code of Conduct and valuesProcessing experience with crushing and screening or similar applications (preferable)Previous experience working within Dairy, Grain and / or FeedstuffsPrevious experience with Mechanical processing and Diesel enginesAbility to interpret and follow instructionsProactive attitude towards health and safetyOur OfferExcellent hourly rate and conditionsChallenging tasks, short decision-making processes and a high level of personal responsibility in a modern work environment with flexible work time modelsA company culture which promotes continuous learning and diversity.Who we areADM unlocks the power of nature to enrich the quality of life.
