We’re relatively new in Australia, but we’ve already built serious momentum. The partnerships are in place, the product has great positioning, and the pipeline is growing fast. Now we need an experienced Account Executive to take the lead and drive that momentum further, owning the entire sales cycle from the moment a lead lands to the moment it becomes a Loaded customer.
You’ll manage every step of the process : qualifying leads from inbound, partner, and outbound sources; running discovery calls and demos that make hospitality operators sit up and pay attention; negotiating confidently; and closing deals that grow both our revenue and our reputation.
This is your show. You’ll run it end to end, ensuring every lead has a world‑class experience that reflects who we are at Loaded.

We started not in tech, but in the kitchens and dining rooms of a 12‑site hospitality group in New Zealand. Frustrated by clunky ineffective systems, we built our own tools to manage and grow our business better. That solution became Loaded , a hospitality back‑office platform now powering thousands of venues across New Zealand, Australia and the UK.

Our head office is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, but we’re growing our customer base in Australia and we’re excited to grow a team there too. You’ll mix remote and co‑working space time, working alongside our other Sydney based Account Executive.>

The Benefits to finish
The package for the position is $90k - $120k uncapped OTE + Super, along with the opportunity to participate in our Employee Share Option Scheme.
