Right now, we’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Branch Administrator to join our Havelock North team. You’ll be the warm welcome when people walk through the door, the calm voice on the phone, and the steady hand that keeps the branch running like clockwork. This position can be 20‑40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting clients and visitors with a smile and genuine care.
• Supporting our sales team with property listings, marketing, and admin tasks.
• Keeping everything ticking along behind the scenes, from invoicing to contracts.
• Making sure our branch looks its best, from the front window to the coffee area.
• Helping with local marketing and keeping our social media fresh and engaging.
• Pitching in wherever needed, because that’s how we do things here.
