About the role
We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Napier‑based team. This role combines core financial processing with the opportunity to support analytical reviews and improvement work across the finance function.
Day to day, you’ll handle essential Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks such as bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoice and data checks, refunds, and responding to finance queries. Accuracy, consistency, and strong organisational habits are key.
You’ll also support month‑end and billing processes, help investigate anomalies or unusual account activity, and assist with reviewing data to ensure our reporting and customer outcomes are correct.
As you get familiar with our systems and workflows, you’ll work closely with the Finance Admin Manager to identify issues, tidy up processes, and help improve the way things run.
This role suits someone who enjoys a balance of structured daily tasks and varied work that calls for analysis, initiative, and careful problem solving.

Organised, proactive, and confident with numbers and systems, you bring a steady approach to end‑to‑end processes. Accuracy matters to you, as does catching errors early and working things out without needing step‑by‑step instructions. Learning new systems quickly comes naturally, and complex, multi‑screen workflows don’t throw you off. A strong service mindset underpins how you support internal teams and customers.
