Senior Group Accountant

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Group Accountant to join our organisation during a pivotal time of transformation with the recent implementation of a new enterprise system.
You will be an integral part of the Group Financial Reporting team, spearheading the reporting for our employee-owned business to stakeholders including Senior Executives and Shareholders.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will collaborate closely with the wider finance team to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in our financial reporting.
Your expertise will be crucial in the preparation and presentation of group consolidations and statutory financial statements as well as assisting with the group audit process.
Within our supportive and collaborative team environment, you will be empowered to introduce innovative ideas and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiencies.
Experience in engaging with senior management will be highly advantageous.

To be successful in this role ideally you will have :
More than five years experience in consolidations and IFRS financial reporting for large, complex organisations.
A curious, adaptive mind-set, comfortable to pivot in response to evolving business priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills
CAANZ or CPA qualification or workings towards
