The successful candidate will have :
Strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to developing every child's potential
Ideally, experienced in IDEAL Structured Literacy and Maths No Problem (an advantage - but not a necessity)
Strong classroom organisation and a strengths-based approach to positive behaviour management
A proven ability to build authentic, positive relationships with students, whanau, and colleagues
A willingness to have fun, share their passion and expertise, enriching our kura with unique strengths and interests.
A clear commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its place in education
A commitment to contributing fully to the rich cultural, sporting, and community life of Clive School
