The NZ Christian Proprietors Trust (NZCPT) partners with communities across Aotearoa to expand access to quality, Christ-centered, state-integrated education. Our mission is to shape students and staff who, a decade from now, love God and His Word.

We are seeking a Community of Practice Facilitator to strengthen the delivery of Special Character across our network. This pivotal role will support principals and Special Character leaders to embed Christian faith into the culture, curriculum, and practices of their schools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Special Character Community of Practice (CoP) and deliver on its strategic goals
• Facilitate regular CoP gatherings (in-person and online) for collaboration, shared learning, and resource exchange
• Provide mentoring, resources, and professional development to school leaders
• Build and maintain a digital repository of tools, case studies, and best practices
• Foster strong engagement with school communities, whānau, and local churches
• Offer spiritual leadership that encourages authentic Christian faith and practice

About you : We are looking for a leader with :

Location : Hybrid, with some travel required Duration : 12-month fixed term, starting January 2026 FTE : Full-time or part-time negotiable Salary : Commensurate with experience and qualifications (Indicative range $104K - $120K FTE) To apply :
