Our work specializes in infrastructure construction, including reinforced concrete projects such as bridges, wharves, water treatment plants, storage tanks, and pipelines.This role involves managing daily activities of your structures crew on civil projects, developing staff, engaging with staff and clients daily, and ensuring compliance with FH H&S policies.Ideal candidates will have experience leading a team in heavy civil construction, with knowledge of bridge building and water treatment plants being advantageous.We're looking for someone with : Minimum 5 years' experience in a foreman / supervisory roleStrong background in Heavy Civil concrete structuresWTR endorsement and full Class 1 driver's licenseAt least 3 years' experience in heavy civil and structural work including bridges, retaining walls, piling, and civil structures using concrete, precast, and steelA positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetCommitment to team culture and continuous improvementWillingness to learn and developSolid leadership and time management skillsBenefits include medical and life insurance from day one, KiwiSaver contributions, parental leave top-up, family scholarships, ongoing training, career growth opportunities, and retail discounts.At Fulton Hogan, we prioritize wellbeing and growth, supporting our community involvement and environmental sustainability efforts.All candidates must pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening.We celebrate diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities.
