Your Role

We're looking for a confident and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to help shape a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our People & Culture team and leaders, providing expert, compliant, and pragmatic ER / IR advice that supports both people and performance.
In this role, you’ll manage a mix of business-as-usual and complex ER cases, deliver strategic advice on employment matters, and partner closely with leaders to proactively address emerging ER themes. You’ll support enterprise-wide initiatives like M&A, compliance, union engagement, and policy development, all while ensuring we stay aligned with legislation, best practice, and our values.
Your work will directly influence how we build a future-focused, people-first organisation — and you’ll play a key role in creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.
