This is not HR as usual. This is about being in the thick of the action, driving people strategy, shaping culture, and making sure we’ve got the talent to fuel where we’re headed next.

What you’ll do

This role is equal parts strategic partner and talent accelerator.

• Be the go-to partner for leaders : Driving workforce planning, capability development, and performance uplift.
• Own recruitment : End-to-end from strategy to delivery. You’ll design inclusive, targeted hiring that brings in the right people at the right time, raising the bar every time.
• Advise and coach leaders : From tough calls to bold moves, you’ll give clarity, confidence, and a fresh perspective.
• Bring generalist expertise across the P&C spectrum : From employee experience to shaping high-performance culture.
• Deliver outcomes, not paperwork : Get stuck into initiatives that sharpen leadership, boost engagement, and create an environment where people thrive.
