SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant – Accenture New Zealand
We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. This role focuses primarily on SuccessFactors configuration and consulting, with strong functional expertise across key HCM modules.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, design and configure solutions, and support system implementations and enhancements. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high‑quality outcomes and ensure seamless post‑implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements.
- Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
- Participate in system design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues efficiently.
- Work independently and within a team to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the Accenture (NZ) SAP SF / HCM team and ensure customer satisfaction.
