Project Location : Institute project at Queenstown area
Job Description
- Assist the Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager.
- Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Resident Engineer and / or Consultant team.
- Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.
- Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.
- Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Maintain site records.
- Estimated commencement of work in November 2025.
Requirements
A registered C&S Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACESMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Resident Technical Officer on local projectsExperience in Healthcare project (Polyclinic, Nursing Homes, Hospital etc) is an added advantageExperience in Student Accommodation, Service Apartments, Hotel, Institute of Higher Learning, or project of a similar nature is an added advantageFamiliar with local codes and regulationsAbility to respond to technical questionsDiploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution is an added advantagePlease submit your full resume, contact number(s), current & expected salary, copies of educational certificates and date of availability in your application
