Key aspects of the role include :
developing IEPs
delivering literacy, numeracy and life skills programmes
following student's interests to create engaging and motivating programmes that are individualised for their needs
programme within WEGC classes, in the community and in Te Aka classes
working with a team of experienced teachers, teacher aides and specialists
