Purpose of the role
We have 2 full-time, 40-hour per week roles available where you'll be part of a unified team of operators supporting a wonderful group of clients. This role supports our clients by working on a 24 / 7 roster. The position is an over-the-phone client-facing role, which is vital for us to provide the excellent customer service and response support our clients require.

The role is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week on a 24 / 7 rotating roster with occasional overnight shifts starting at 10 : 30 pm and finishing at 7 : 00 am, including weekends and public holidays.
