We are seeking experienced Glazing / Glass Machine Operators to join our team in Waikato.Key Responsibilities : Setting and operating a range of glass production machineryInspecting the quality and making necessary changes to machine parametersProgramming glass machines and using manual equipment when necessaryAccurate measuring and marking glass using precision instruments and supplied templatesCutting glass according to specifications using water jet / CNC and I-CAM softwareInstalling glass to framesOperation of suction lifterMachineriesGlass cutting machineryProgramming and running Intermac cutting equipmentInsulated Glass Unit machineryAutomated Forel IGU line with robotic edge sealing and tape applicationManual Bassra IGU lineGlass tempering machineryOperation of RC200 semi-convection furnace.Glass processing machinery – IntermacTo be successful in this role, you will have : At least 3 years relevant work experience in a similar roleStrong attention to detail with excellent technical skillsMust be able to lift heavy itemsAbility to work independently with great time managementDesire to grow within the companyMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol testHave clean police report with no charges pendingTo ApplyRecruit NZ, part of People Inc specialises in recruitment for small to medium local NZ businesses and has been New Zealand\'s premier recruitment agency since 2008.
