Processing allocated work within Operations Wellington efficiently and accurately to meet service standards, you will maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy and procedure to ensure customer needs are met.This opportunity also enables you to :

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures and own performance
• Achieve the accuracy and productivity measures set for the turanga (role)This is a Wellington based hybrid turanga with three days in the Wellington office and two where you can work flexibly.
