Your Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional perioperative care

by assisting anaesthetists and ensuring patient safety

Collaborate effectively

with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare teams to provide seamless patient experiences

Maintain clinical excellence

by following anaesthetic protocols and upholding safety standards

Contribute to quality improvement

and professional growth within the perioperative team

What You'll Need

Registered with the

Medical Sciences Council of New Zealand

or the

Nursing Council of New Zealand

(RN with Anaesthetic Assistant qualification)

Current and valid

Annual Practising Certificate

Strong knowledge of

peri-operative anaesthetic technology

Excellent

communication and organisational skills

team-focused, patient-centred

approach

Must already have the

legal right to work in New Zealand
