As our next IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll take ownership of Daikin New Zealand's entire technology landscape, designing, leading, and delivering digital infrastructure that empowers performance and enables independence from external reliance.

Your opportunity

In this role, you'll lead the full spectrum of Daikin's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity systems.

You'll anticipate business needs, deliver scalable and secure solutions, and build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What you'll bring

Proven experience (6 to 8 years) in IT infrastructure, network, and cloud management.

Technical expertise across Microsoft environments, SAP integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.

A forward-thinking approach to infrastructure strategy and digital transformation.

Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate across teams.

The confidence to innovate, solve complex challenges, and inspire others.
