About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our kaimahi, customers, and stakeholders.
You'll deliver professional, high-quality front-of-house services, ensuring every interaction is warm, helpful, and efficient.
This role is central to our customer experience and brand, requiring strong communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities Include
Greeting and registering visitors, managing calls and enquiries
Supporting Health and Safety protocols and building access
Maintaining reception systems and stationery / courier supplies
Processing incoming mail
Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers
Promoting continuous improvement in front-of-house operations
About You
You're a natural communicator with a passion for customer service.
You thrive in a busy environment, are calm under pressure, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
You bring empathy, warmth, initiative, and a can-do attitude to every interaction.
Experience
At least 3 years' experience in customer service / call handling on reception
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing systems
A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
A commitment to te ao Maori and our values
