We are expanding our professional recruiter network and are seeking experienced freelance recruiters or independent HR consultants who want flexible work, global exposure, and high earning potential .

This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who enjoy interviewing, evaluating, and connecting skilled workers with opportunities in New Zealand.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct structured interviews with skilled overseas candidates in your industry.
• Assess their communication, employability, and potential fit for NZ roles.
• Provide professional feedback and recommendations.
• Optionally introduce suitable candidates to your employer clients and manage placement.
