As a dedicated Aerospace Customer Care Specialist, you will be a key contact for this complex, yet rewarding key account, requiring 24 / 7 coverage.
As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3-5 years import and / or export airfreight experience, and a strong passion for delivering customer excellence.Please note, this position will work a roster pattern, with shift variations between Monday - Sunday between the hours of 6 : 00am – 3 : 30pm.
This roster pattern may change depending on business needs to meet customer requirements.How you create impactYour main tasks and responsibilities : Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer specific KPI's are met, including AOG requirementsDemonstrating aerospace knowledge by staying alert to time critical requestsPerform ad hoc and time critical pickups and deliveries to and from the airlineServing as a key point of contact and responsible for providing the customer with up-to-date information on shipments throughout the order lifecycleLiaising with local and overseas KN stations and agents to facilitate the movement and successful completion of shipmentsDetermining specific service requirements and ensuring regulatory requirements and documentation are correctBuilding long term and effective relationships with one key customerOperating on a flexible work schedule, with the ability to be available as and when requiredWhat we would like you to bringWe are looking for someone with : A minimum of 3+ years air logistics experience, preferably in export airfreightExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsA passion for dealing with customers and solving complex, time-critical problemsAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication skills both written and verbalStrong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasksA positive work ethic, attitude and someone who has a passion for customer excellenceWhat's in it for youAs an employer, Kuehne+Nagel stands for equal opportunity and we are committed to diversity in our teams with regards to people with disabilities.
