Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator ready for your next challenge? We're looking for a motivated individual to join a busy payroll team in a full-time, permanent role based in Dunedin.

This position suits a self-starter ready to make a career-defining move and keep ahead of the game in payroll software, process, and new industry developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate payroll processing for multiple entities with varying pay cycles.
• Review work and provide training and support to payroll administrators and staff.
• Manage new employee setup, onboarding, and payroll record updates.
• Resolve payroll-related queries from internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for payroll system improvements and process streamlining.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and payroll legislation.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payroll function, liaise directly with business partners while supporting the Payroll Manager and Partnership Team.
