We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our team and help build a greenfield project, delivering IoT sensor integration, real-time video streaming, and alerting capabilities on our platform.This is an exciting opportunity to join a team leading the global adoption of remote sensing technology—developing world-class tools for deploying and managing fixed cameras, sensors, and edge devices across industrial worksites.

This role reports to the senior engineering manager.Don't worry if you don't meet every requirement.

We're hiring for multiple roles with complementary skill sets (e.g., frontend-focused and backend-focused), so if your strengths align with some of these areas, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities : Build interactive user experiences that incorporate geospatial data, real-time video streaming, and alerting / notification features.Develop integrations with software running on robots and IoT / edge devicesIntegrate third-party services into our platform.Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle : analysis, design, development, testing, automation, and release.Requirements : Professional experience with the following programming languages : Python, TypeScript, or Go.Significant experience in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices.Proven experience developing and maintaining large-scale Angular (or similar) applications in production.Familiarity with real-time streaming technologies such as WebSockets or gRPC.Experience with video streaming protocols and tools like WebRTC, HLS, RTMP, ffmpeg, gstreamer, encoding, and muxing.Proficiency with modern styling frameworks like SCSS, SASS, or Tailwind CSS.Experience with geospatial tools such as Mapbox or Google Maps.Understanding of container orchestration and platform development using Kubernetes.Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo, or Kargo.A collaborative mindset and a preference for iterative, team-oriented development.Ideally be based in Auckland, New Zealand and available to work from our Auckland office.This is a full-time role.

While we offer flexible working hours, you'll need to have good overlap with our standard 9–5 schedule.Occasionally required to be on-call to support international customers during site deployments or calls across US and European time zones.We support hybrid work but expect in-office presence at least a couple of days per week.Must be able to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, for team events or visit customer sites.Employee Offerings & Benefits(Varies by location and position)These are just some of the benefits we offer—explore more when you join us!
