Kia ora, Talofa lava, Malo e lelei, and welcome! Auckland University of Technology (AUT) invites dedicated individuals to join the Faculty of Health and Environmental Science as a Postgraduate Administrator.
As a member of our faculty Postgraduate Research Office team, you would provide professional administrative support to students, academic staff, and the Associate Dean of Postgraduate Research. Key tasks include administering the postgraduate research student application and enrolment process, maintaining accurate student records, providing administration support to the Doctor of Health Science programme, and coordinating faculty scholarship processes.

You will share our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and understand the importance of enabling culturally responsive, inclusive, and equitable working and learning environments. The administration position is based within the beautiful Tukutuku Health and Environmental Science faculty building on the North campus.
Our ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency. Familiarity with the tertiary postgraduate education system and experience in an administrative role is desirable.

Salary Range : $56,500 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
