We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help deliver innovative training solutions for customers around the world. This hands‑on role reports to the Engineering Team Lead and has a broad impact across the entire stack of our enterprise SaaS product.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Impact)

Your primary focus will be full‑stack development and ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform.

• Full‑Stack Development – application development from front‑end user interfaces to back‑end services and database interactions, including comprehensive testing.
• Front‑End Focus – React, TypeScript, UI architecture, front‑end performance, accessibility, and design systems.
• Back‑End Focus – building APIs, integrating services, and contributing to backend architecture using C# and .NET.
• Quality & Best Practices – promote modern design patterns, development principles, and security standards; recommend improvements to internal processes (code reviews, testing, delivery).
• Problem Solving – identify and resolve issues across the application stack with a holistic troubleshooting approach.
• Mentorship – mentor junior team members in full‑stack development practices to encourage their growth.
• Customer Focus – collaborate with stakeholders to design, plan, and develop new product features that span the entire application architecture.
• Platform Reliability – after the first 6 months, participate in our rotating 24 / 7 on‑call roster to ensure the security, health, and reliability of our platform.
