About the CompanyThis is a well-established and growing New Zealand-owned freight forwarder with over 10 years in the Christchurch market and 40 years in business.

They provide a range of competitive and innovative import and export freight forwarding solutions, backed by a strong and experienced customer service team.About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Representative to help drive new buisness opportunities.

You'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and booking meetings for the field-based sales representatives.

The role is part-time that offers genuine flexibility – ideal for someone looking for school hours or to fit it in with study or other commitments.You will making outbound calls to potential clients, qualify leads and schedule meetings with the external sales team.

You will also maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospects, work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client engagement.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads and schedule meetings with the external sales team.Maintain accurate call records and follow up on prospects.Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support client engagement.QualificationsIdeally have 12 months experience in a telephone based sales role or had B2B sales exposureHave some knowledge of international freight, logistics, or purchasing (advantageous but not essential)A sense of humour to fit in with the teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsThink outside the box and use your initiativeAttention to detailA team player with the ability to work well under pressureExcellent communication; verbal & writtenSound Like You?
