About the role

This is a part-time position with SS Commercial Cleaning Group Limited, a leading commercial cleaning services provider based in Takapuna, Auckland.

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for proactively scheduling appointments with potential commercial clients and building a strong pipeline of new business.

What you'll be doing

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in meaningful conversations

Present company offerings clearly and persuasively

Identify customer needs and tailor responses accordingly

Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems

Meet and exceed performance targets for calls, conversions, and appointments

Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
