This role is all about designing and embedding processes that support manufacturing, drive food safety and quality outcomes and strengthen our internal capability to meet both regulatory and customer requirements.Bring your process-driven mindset and leadership to a role where you'll shape how Synlait delivers on its promise of quality and safety.Key responsibilitiesDesign, maintain and improve Synlait's Quality Management program ensuring it is effective and future-fit.Drive risk management plan structure and compliance systems to deliver safe, high-quality products.Partner across the business to support quality management and training.Develop strategic and tactical plans, track progress against KPIs, and deliver on quality and compliance goals.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Skills and experienceStrong background in food safety, quality systems or compliance.Proven experience designing and implementing processes and systems that support operational delivery.Leadership experience, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.Risk management expertise with a focus on delivering food-safe, compliant products.Excellent organisational skills – able to plan, prioritise and deliver on time.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain the "why" and connect the dots for others.Commercial awareness to align systems and processes with business strategy.About us – The Synlait SpiritSynlait is more than a global leader in milk nutrition – we're a purpose-led team that's Doing Milk Differently For A Healthier World.
