Rigging Site Supervisor - Hamilton

Are you an experienced and successful Mechanical Rigger or Steel Erector? Do you currently hold a senior or leading hand position and looking to move up in your career? Or are you just looking for a change? We may have just what you are looking for at our Hamilton site as a permanent role within a well-established and successful team.

All about You

To be successful for this position you will need to have :

Previous experience in a similar position within the construction or maintenance industry and have appropriate qualifications

Team leadership skills and able to motivate and mentor team members to a continuous improvement mind-set

Knowledge of and experienced in rigging standards and regulations

A flexible work approach to deal with unexpected events / make decisions and provide direction to teams, as and when needed

An enjoyment for getting your gloves dirty

High standard of workmanship

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong safety and quality focus

Full and clean driver’s license. A Forklift license would be an advantage
