Location : Matakana CoastAt Rochford Landscapes, we care for some of the region's most beautiful private gardens.

Our Rochford team ensures these landscapes thrive year-round, and we're looking for an experienced gardener with strong plant knowledge to join us.About the RoleYou'll be part of our dedicated team, focusing on the health and presentation of high-end residential gardens.

This is a hands-on position that involves : Detailed plant care : pruning, seasonal planting, pest and disease managementSoil health and fertiliser programsMonitoring irrigation and overall garden vitalityCollaborating with the wider Rochford team to ensure every property looks its bestThis is not a team-leader role – but you'll be trusted to work independently, make horticultural decisions, and share your expertise with the team.What We're Looking ForStrong horticultural knowledge : plants, soils, pests / diseases, fertilisers, pruning techniquesFormal horticulture qualification or significant practical experience (preferred)A genuine passion for plants and garden aestheticsAbility to work well in a team while self-motivating and managing tasks on sitePhysically fit and happy working outdoors in all seasonsClean full Class 1 driver's licenceWhy Join Rochford LandscapesWork on stunning private estates and coastal gardensSupportive, professional team culture with opportunities to deepen your horticultural skillsCompetitive remuneration based on experience
