About the role :

This is an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity, that will see you working cross functionally with key stakeholders in Merchandise, Marketing and Digital to support and drive key ecommerce metrics in engagement and sales.

While NZ based (Ellerslie, Auckland location) , you will be working in both AU and NZ markets, across multiple segments and channels.

What's involved :

Activate onsite weekly trading and promotional activity

Working with the Search and Optimisation Manager to optimise search in support of driving sales / conversions and overall customer engagement

Support Buyers with Range Reviews, feeding into an overall plan of improvements required to support the delivery & execution online of range reviews

Supporting Suppliers for relevant categories with information on best practise

Work with Online Range, Merch and Project Managers to identify and optimise opportunities to grow range online and increase transactability rate

Partnering with Buyers and Category Managers, providing insight and support to drive the performance of those departments online

Providing regular reporting to understand over and underperforming products / pages / categories and provide insight on opportunities to drive improvements

Who we're looking for :

You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible & adaptable in their approach.

You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for online retailing.

You will be a curious driver of performance outcomes.

You'll need :

Experience in e-Commerce and physical retailing (preferred)

Natural ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Exceptional attention to detail with strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills

Familiarity with the use of Data Studio, Google Analytics and other eCommerce reporting tools is highly desirable
